This year alone I've learned I had and am now diagnosed with ADHD-C and c-PTSD at the age of 36, which made me have to start unpacking childhood trauma, spiral through several emotional break downs, 9-years break up, 5 panic attacks in less than 24 hours and other scattered ones when I had NEVER had them before, not treating myself too nicely during that time and have the scars to prove it, questioning why I'm still here and what value do I have, being, not backstabbed, but stabbed right in the heart while they stared at my eyes with dislike or disgust by people I loved and adored dearly who don't realize they discriminated and bullied a disabled person out of their lives because they were too stubbornly and willingly ignorant about mental health to understand that what they brought up as things wrong, bad, even "SICKENING" of me, as their reasons to tell me off and make me feel like absolute GARBAGE and that I didn't deserve friends or existing, were symptoms of a CONGENITAL

I'm still alive. I just... I'm sort of drifting right now. Stuck, I guess. I can't remember the last time I drew something remotely decent and worth sharing anywhere. And I'm sort of tired of just complaining about stuff. I don't know what I'm gonna do with myself, I'm really just living day by day and have no plans or aspirations other than just keep breathing.
